This local Rosé is derived from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes produced utilising the direct press method delivering a refreshing elegant wine with a balanced creamy finish. Characteristics of rose, strawberry, turkish delight and cream.

‘The Whistler’ (named after my Grandmother Cassie McCaffrey), has been aged in French Oak, delivering a wine that’s rich in red & black berries, spice and savoury textured tannins.
Ridgeview Estate Hillcrest Shiraz: Appellation: Hunter Valley $40
A rich palate of dark berries with pepper and spicy notes. Oak barrel maturation provides length of flavour with polished tannins.
