Order Processing Times


All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or NSW public holidays will be processed starting the next business day. You will receive a notification via the contact details provided at checkout with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates


We partner exclusively with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across Australia. Freight is calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

State Quarantine Restrictions - No deliveries to WA & TAS


Please note that due to strict biosecurity and quarantine regulations regarding the movement of honey, we are currently unable to ship our products to Western Australia or Tasmania. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Free Local Delivery & Pickup


We offer free local delivery or free pickup for customers located in the following postcodes: 2030, 2325, 2010, and 2011.

If your delivery address falls within these postcodes, the free local option will automatically appear as a choice during the checkout process.

For pickup orders, we will reach out to you within 2 business days to coordinate a convenient time.

Tracking Your Order


Once your Clayfields honey is on its way, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Heat Sensitivity


As our honey is a natural, raw product, we may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme heatwaves. This ensures your honey arrives in perfect condition without being compromised by high temperatures during transit.

Delivery Issues


While we take every care in packing our glass jars, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you.
