Culinary Suggestions:
Perfect spread over toast, crumpets or scones, spooned onto yoghurt or porridge, drizzled over pancakes and waffles, or paired with fresh strawberries, figs, banana and baked pears. It is also beautiful alongside soft cheeses, desserts or simply enjoyed straight from the jar.
Each batch is made in limited quantities at Clayfields, allowing us to focus on texture, flavour and consistency. Because it is produced in small batches, availability may vary throughout the season.
Special orders and larger quantities can also be arranged subject to availability.
NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
This is a natural, raw product harvested direct from the hive to the jar. Given this it is not recommended for women during pregnancy or infants under 12 months.
